CHECK THE VEHICLE - BEFORE AND AFTER TRAVELLING

We suggest that you check the vehicle before and after usage - together with the representative of the company. If there is any damage to the vehicle upon signing the agreement, it has to be stated in writing. If there is no other damage to the car upon its return, it also has to be stated in writing. If YOU return the car later than previously agreed YOU be charged a full payment. YOU also risk to be accused for causing damage to the car.

UNJUSTIFIED PAYMENT

Is the sum of the invoice correct or higher than previously agreed? Do YOU have to pay when you return the car?

To avoid confusion regarding the payment, please, obtain all necessary information regarding payment and the auxiliary services before signing the agreement.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Auxiliary services are not usually included in the list of other car rental services (insurance, taxes, traveling without the limit of distance).

Traditionally, following conveniences are available for extra charge:

• receipt and delivery of the vehicle in two different places;
• the return of vehicle  later than it is indicated in the agreement;
• baby seat;
• crossing of the country borders, ect.

REMEBER !!!

• Always compare the prices! It will help YOU to understand which offers are suspiciously cheap or over expensive. The price is formed by different factors, such as location, season and competition.
• Read the car rental agreement carefully and do not be shy to ask questions if YOU have any doubts.
• Is the advance payment or any other relevant details included in the agreement?
• Consider the special offers. The price for weekends or any other offers can lower your expenses.
• Check the insurer. 
• Note that the maximum level of liability is different in many countries. If you are not sure about YOUR safety, YOU should take an additional insurance.
• Check the insurance coverage and cost.
• There are certain damages that are not covered by the insurance or they are on special conditions (for example, in a fixed period of time).
• In case of car theft, the insurance applies only to the vehicle, not to YOUR personal belongings.
• Is the passenger insurance also included? 
• Pay attention to the fuel indicators.  If you return with a full tank, keep the receipt in case of misunderstandings about the amount of fuel.
• When you choose the car to rent, consider the number of passengers and the place for baggage. The bigger the car, the higher the cost.
