How to submit a complaint?

The consumer has the right to lodge a complaint concerning inconsistency of goods or a service to provisions of a contract within two years after conclusion of a transaction.
At first send a written complaint to the trader. If the trader does not reply to your complaint or gives an answer, infringing your rights, turn for help to ECC Latvia.
